I have read a lot of postings about those of you using vitex. I was thinking of trying this to regulate my periods and ovulation. Just wondering where you can find this vitex? Are there any negative side effects I should be weary of? Do I need to call and consult my doctor first? Thanks so much for anyone who can help :wave: !
