Will 8 to 10 pound bumbbells be enough for me to still keep the benefits of strength training while pregnant, I did drop down a bit to 8 pounds because I had all day sickness and I found that lifting too much of anything made me really tired but now I feel great and am wanting to start back into it again I was thinking of keeping at 8 then after a few weeks moving up to 10 pounds. I use to use between 10 and 15 pounds before pregnant. Any advice on this?I just want to stay in the best possible shape while pregnant that I can>

As long as your form is good and you keep reps slow and controlled, 8 lbs should be fine until you're ready to bring it back up.

I have used 8Ib weights for 3 years now and my arms are really strong now. Their tone is also much better too. I do about 8 different kinds of dumbbell exercises each time in one single session without stopping. I keep using the same weight, but I do increase my reps every so often. Works much better than a bench press, because I've gained a lot more than I ever did using the bench.

I highly suggest you progress the dumbbells and keep upping your reps once you feel stronger. You can squeeze in extra sets without the major risk of injury that heavyweights can give you.

Make sure you do some "grips" too. I used to do 100 nonstop a day...now I can squeeze em up to 400 without stopping. They speak for themselves.
