Which ones are good? Are there any that suppress appetite also? I have no experience with these and would like to try one. Thanks!

Some of the working burners will cause you to feel exhausted at the end of the day. I've never tried them, but a buddy of mine told me he felt like he was on "speed" or something.

ephedrine, because of beta adrenoceptor activity, does have a bit of a crash to it
this is not the case with cardio breeze or thermorexin (no beta agonist activity, only down stream metabolic activity- so no receptor degradation/crash)

if you are just looking for appetite suppression
PPA works- not sure if this is still available OTC
Synephrine works- not for everyone
WATER- drinking water is quite effective for appetite suppression
Hoodia- works, but finding a product that actually has p57- blind luck, no one tests and a lot of the material even between batches from the same manufacturer may be bunk (completely without p57)

Just wondering how and when anyone is taking thermorexin. I got some and started with one a a day. Yesterday I took 2, but don't feel a thing. I'm afraid to take it on an empty stomach. What works? Thanks!

just take one on an empty stomach or with a small piece of fruit. did you do any cardio? thats where the "energy" effects are most notable.
