Ava is 4½ months old, and I've realized she hasn't had a growth spurt in over a month. Guess I'm used to the newborn growth spurts that come fast & furious in the early days.

She is growing normally in height & weight....that's not the issue. Just wondering if the growth spurts I've come to know (round the clock feedings) are over by now? What's a growth spurt like in 4 months & older babies?
Gayle

PS: Guess I should add that she is breastfed and we started solids right at 4 months.

Funny you ask this.... I was going to ask a similar question. Justin will be 7 months in 4 days. The last growth I remember was at 3 months. I was just thinking the other day that I haven't noticed a growth spurt at all. He's definitely growing and gaining just fine. So....in my case...the round the clock feedings, and then sleeping it off have completly stopped...wooohooo

I'm afraid for my little one to have anymore growth spurts. He was over the 90% for his age on Dec 9th and he hasn't had a new 4 mth check up yet but I can tell you he has gained a ton and he's almost outgrown his size 3 diapers and he's in 6-9 mths clothes already. My daughter wasn't his weight until 1 year. lol I'm scared! And length he's a monster and my dd is 12 and is already my height. So who knows with him.
