I work out with weights and situps. I've decided that i can do situps everyday but this one guy on here said that when lifting weights you tear muscle. And you need to heal the, for fast results. now is it better to work out a day. skip the next day. workout the next. (repeat). or is it bett that i workout then take a 2 day break then repeat.

For abs, every other day is fine. They're very resiliant and don't need as much recovery time as some of the other muscle groups. Although there really isn't much benefit to working abs more than a couple times a week, if you're working them well.
