Biggest thing is that you have no carbs pre workout. You need carbohydrates to fuel the workout, not protein. Try a large apple instead. And instead of fruit (sugar) as your final meal, go for protein and/or fat, like a tablespoon of natural peanut butter or cottage cheese.

Is some pasta good before pre workout...say I eat spaghetti for dinner around 7...then lifting at 9 (evening)...Keep in mind I'm on a college schedule and meal plan

How about i switch my pre workout and dinner snack. Then i add a tablespoon of peanut butter to my protein shake.. Mmm that tastes good too. I currently have Simply Jiff as my peanut butter should i switch to natural?

Thats a great idea - the fat will slow the absorption of the whey.
Use natural because the Jiff brands have nasty fats, chemical preservatives, and usually add sugar. Natural is just nuts, sometimes salt. much better.

Husky - Spaghetti will work ok in a pinch. Starchy carbs are great for energy, but two hours later, most of will have been digested and used. If you can close that gap a little it would be a lot better.

Another thing.. While i am bulking what exercises should i do besides my lifting and abs? Should I be doing running/cardio? Wont that take away some of the calories that i need in my diet?

While bulking, keep cardio minimal, maybe 30 minutes twice a week. Yes, you do wat to use those calories for fat burning, and longer sessions risk muscle loss - or stagnation of muscle building, at least.
