Hi Again, Sweetheart,

I just went back and found one of your posts and i want it to remind you that you CAN feel better and different!

"All,
I just wanted to let everyone know that I am now off my medications and that I am still doing alright. I talked with my doctor two days ago about this. He was alright with it. I've been off for over three weeks now and I feel fine. I hope it continues. I'm no longer having anxiety attacks. I still get depressed a little, but not near as bad as I did two years ago. "

See, sweetie? I would hazard to guess that it could be coming off of the meds. Can you still see your doctor?

Love,
Delph

I know part of this is dealing with the time of year. I know I can feel better. I just don't want to today. I want to be consumed with all the anger, guilt, sadness, worry, and any other emotion you can think of. I want to be miserable today.

Well, sometimes it helps me to face what I feel and feel it.

Maybe being miserable today isn't a bad idea...after reading these posts, today, I'll join you.

I also posted to your previous thread.

Love,
Delph
