I have OCD w/ intrusive thoughts. Ive always felt I could tell my doctor anything and she is so great, but right now I am suffering from an obsession that involves her. I can't stop worrying about her getting older (she's about 60, I am 19). Everytime I think of her now, I imagine her with tons of gray hair and wrinkles. She doesnt actually look very old, Im just obsessed with the idea of her getting to be this old lady in the future and me losing the person who has been most helpful. How do I bring this up without hurting her feelings? She doesnt really seem old at all, its just the OCD talking...Anyone had a similar experience???
