Before getting pregnant my period was 28 days exactly to the day. That was one of my first signs of being pregnant when it didn't come on day 28. I had a c-section and it took 12 weeks for me to get my first period. I still have not got the next one and it has now been 31 days. There are no chances that i am pregnant.

How long did it take you other woman to get the second one and when will it go back to a monthly thing?

With my 1st c-section...it took 2 months to get my 1st AF. Then it was about 8 weeks after that when I got my second. And that one only lasted about 2 days. I was also still nursing. After that they started to become more montly again.

my first one took forever to get I had my son in Sept and didn't have my first period until Dec but then I had one in early Jan. and have had it on and off all month. It's really annoying.

i had my son in march of 05 and i didn't get AF until December!!! yes i took some tests durring that time even though we were safe. I just had my second AF and it was 36 days (i am 34-38 days) so it is getting back to normal. I guess to answer your question, if you have had unprotected sex you could be pregnant.
