Where can I buy protein shakes and whey powders??? Can I get them from a store like Walgreens, Wal-Mart, K-mart or Target???

They are available at quite a few places, usually some health store in a mall for example. I am not to familiar with the United States market as I'm from Canada but they are around all over the place it seems these days, you'll have to look though the yellow pages in your phone book where you live.

You can also ASK the gym staff as they will most certainly know or possibly even sell it. You'll more then likely get it cheaper at a dedicated nutrition supplement shop though.

It's cheapest to buy online, and you have the best selection. I prefer Netrition or DPSnutrition. But for local places, most health food stores, GNC, even some grocery stores carry it now.
