they will tell u that there are thousands of std's around the world but they will test u for the most common. HIV, Hepatitis B and Syphalis are blood tests. Chlmydia and Gonoreah (forgive my spelling) are swabbed from your vagina when they do the papsmear. Just make sure u request them first. U shud ask for a Trichomsis test too, its very common and often mistaken for a yeast infection. If u have insurance, i say go for it all, otherwise do what ur doc thinks. and also, im hearing HPV which is genital warts is very common, however im not sure if they can test for it unless u actually have a "wart" or bump or somthing to culture. good luck!! and dont be scared! its good ur doing this.
