I just want to say thanx 2 all the people on here for ther help!!! I am an 18 year old male, I started lifting weights and training about 12 weeks ago, I was like 6'0" 153 Ilbs. when I first started lifting, now I'm 6'0" 160 Ilbs. I guess you can say I've gained at least 7 pounds of muscle, I have been lifting real hard over these 12 weeks, I've been working my triceps, biceps, back, shoulders, abs (lower and upper), chest, and recently started working my legs. I am not as bulked as I wanna be but I have much more muscle than before, I was skinny, but if you saw a before and after screen you'd notice my arms have gotten much bigger, with more density, my chest have gotten bigger, and my abs have definition but are not as tight as it should be. But even tho' I'm seeing progress, I still have a long way to go, I just thought I'd share this with you all. This is so much motivation for me, I plan to keep getting bigger and stronger adding weightdoing more slow and steady reps, and adding muscles eating healthy also. Hopefully by the end of May (17 weeks from now) I will be bulked up real big!!! Thank u all !!!

glad to hear you have had some good results. keep up the natural lifting try to get 150-200 grams of protein a day and 3000-4000 calories and im sure you will keep on growing.

Congrats and Good Luck!! It does take time but knowing that each time you train, your benefiting yourself regardless if you see some results or not. Alot of people don't have patience and without seeing results ASAP, they get discouraged and quit or fall off the wagon sort to speak.
Keep at it!!!!! It's worth it!!
