I have really found a pattern in my migraine attacks... The first one I ever got was the last day of my summer job two years ago when I had eaten almost nothing and had been hearing beeps all day long (like 12 hours). My second migraine attack was the day before my maths test when I got stressed out because I couldn't find the answers... Now this year last semester the day before my Math exam I got another migraine attack, and yesterday as well and today I had my second Math exam of this year. Also two weeks ago on a tuesday when I had been studying maths for about 6 hours. Like, why is this only happening to me when I'm practicing maths? I mean yesterday I was fine till midnight when I found out my calculator worked differently from the one that was stolen from me a week ago, I went searching online to see if there were any explanation on it and by the time I was done with no result I suddenly realised I was feeling absolutely horrible. So I went to bed.... tried not to puke cos I don't like puking but the sickness kept getting worse and worse so in the end I puked... My migraine attacks always come along with sickness as well. Any suggestions? The type of maths I get is the hardest of the hardest of the hardest you can get in my country in secondary school... and next year when I'll be going to university I'll be getting some serious hardcore maths so I wanna fix this cos I don't like getting this all the time... anyways, thanks so much for reading this I really appreciate it. I stayed home sick from school today so I have to do my exams another time, I really knew my maths well I only had to study for about 30 more minutes to really get the bigger picture of it but I couldnt sleep until 3am (I went to bed sick as hell at 12am) so I couldnt get up early to study and when it was time to go to school I felt I was notp repared enough because of the couple of minutes revision that I just have to do because it is so much information I just had to see the general rules etc. one more time to really put the cherry on top. Other than that my mind was fussy from puking (it gives me bruised eyes and visible veins in my face.... so it probably like causes my head to bleed and retain water). anyways thanks I would really like some info on how to battle this and some suggestions would be really great... thanks so much... also I apologize for my poor english, i live in holland so the only time i get to speak english is 1 hour a week at school and when on vacation...
