I will be 30 this year and am starting to get wrinkles! Their not real bad I don't think. Some on my forehead and between the brows!!!!!!!! AM I TOO YOUNG TOO BE GETTING THEM???????? My mom looks alot younger then she really is BUT WHY AM I GETTING THEM SO EARLY? Or is it early???? I hate them and am even considering getting botox or something!! I buy lots of that over the counter wrinkle stuff and I don't think it's doing a thing!!! I have been a single mom for 11 years, could that be why I'm getting them so EARLY? Anyone know how old people are when they see the first signs of wrinkles? Please HELP!!!

Wrinkles can appear at any age. Try to not frown, squint, etc. this causes wrinkles. Try to relax and relieve stress as much as possible. Many times we get into the habit of frowning or squinting for no reason, best to break old habits. Those who smoke or stay out in the sun a lot will wrinkle sooner than others. Use a good face cream or moisturizer, eat healthy.

They are now finding out that certain things that were once thought to be only age related, are not. Smoking and alcohol and drugs can cause early wrinkling. Let me save you alot of money...nothing short of botox or plastic surgery will do one single bit of good. Harmones can start changing as early as 30.

sarah47911-- good answer! I laughed out loud. :D
Carrie, I have just turned 30 myself and I've got wrinkles too, on my forehead, around my mouth and at the edges of my eyes. Don't let it bother you too much or you are going to have a nervous breakdown when you hit 40! There isn't much you can do to stop time, so my advice would be to find the positive about yourself when you look in the mirror.
To be perfectly honest, I kind of like the crow's feet around my eyes when I smile or laugh. It looks genuine.
Good luck!

You do love the sun? The sun can be one of the biggest skin agers. Stay out of it, it can break down the elasticity of your skin, and cause spots down the road. Get a good sunscreen, preferably a european sunscreen.
