i am 25 year old ,5ft 2in height and weigh aprox 6stone 12lbs
i do a 30 min workout 5 days aweek (aerobics)
after having 3 children my bum is going south
i am looking for away of toning up quickly that will be effective on my bum and thighs
has anyone got any suggestions or sucsess storys

Do squats and deep lunges. It works the buns and thighs and firms them right up. Keeping up the exercise (maybe tacking on an extra 10 minutes per session) and eating clean will get rid of the fat, so you'll have a lean, perky back end again. :)
