I was on Depo for 2 years and it was the worst desicion (can't spell) I ever made. It seemed so convenient but not only were my mood swings worse then they are now, but you would not believe the female health related problems I have had since then. If at all possible, I would advice you get on some other type of birth control. http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/wave.gif

Yep! I am on Depo. Just had the injection the other week.

I have been on it for a year - I have not noticed any changes. Our bodies are so complex - what might work for one will not for another.

i was on it for two years didnt really notice much difference in my mood i guess what works for some doesnt for others
