have numbness in the left side of their face? I have had this happen to me for the last 3 nights it lasts about a couple hours.This is new to me thats why I ask I have had tingling in my lips years ago I figure that was due to not breathing properly this I dont know .......

Yes, I get this also.

My Dr. told me it's due to breathing to fast and you are hyperventilating.
I find if I ignore it the feeling will go away

I wake up at night with a numb face. The numbness includes my left arm and leg at times. I also struggle with anxiety at times and cannot decide whether to get it checked out. It usually comes after a headache and a weird sinus like pressure in my head. Do you ever wake up with this feeling? I can't imagine that I'm hyperventilating in my sleep.
