Hi everyone. I'm new here. I was thinking about getting a tubal ligation and spoke with my gyno about it. She then told me about this newer procedure they do that is called Essure. Has anyone had it done or know of any websites where I can get first hand info from other people that have had it done. I want to know what to expect from people who have had this done (stuff that the doctors don't tell you). Thanks

I'd do big time research on long term studies (or the lack thereof). If I remember right, they only know what happens for the first 3 years.
