View Full Version : Could this be hormones?

For the last 2 years or so I've had these symptoms. I get sick about once or twice a month. Aches, headaches, nausea and tired. Lasts for about 3-4 days. I don't throw up and there's no diariah or running nose or cough. Just those symptoms. They don't always come around period times....just varies.

I also have trouble sleeping and when I do fall asleep, I wake up a million times throughout the night.

I have a little bit of adult acne too.

I'm only 33 but a few times have gotten hot flashes. Not enough to sweat...just a hot feeling.....mostly in my legs.

Periods are normal...about every 28 days.

Any ideas?

Ask your gyno. It could be hormones, or it could be caused by a cyst on an ovary. They can cause hormone imbalances. Most cysts are not dangerous.

:) Yeah... it could also be pre menopause. I started having restless legs at night, with trouble getting back to sleep, along with anxiety and panic. although I haven't been tested yet I am almost sure it is hormone fluctuations due to pre menopause, I am 34 almost 35 by the way.
