Hi! When I put my hair in a ponytail, my hair breaks off where the hair is held by the band. The bands I use are cloth, nothing that would break normal healthy hair, and I am trying to find something that will make my hair stronger. Do you know of anything? Thank you very much.

My hair has been breaking off lately because I have been colouring it and my hair is quite dry anyway.

Some people recommend putting olive oil in your hair for half an hour then washing off to condition hair.
