hi i have an excessive sweating problem with my hands im assuming its bcuz of anxiety...how do i fix this problem?

haha the thing is i usually feel chilled and relax but idk it just happens instantly and i try to relax but the more i think about relaxing the more it happens grrr

if its just your hands, various antiperspirants can be used on them
a beta blocker med generally reduces sweating, so does learning new ways of relaxing and calming yourself

Thank you for posting - I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE!!!! For me it's not only my hands but my feet too. I've been dealing with this forever. I know it is just anxiety and I know the answer is to calm down and relax but that's easier said than done. I wish you luck. You are not alone in the anxiety/sweating boat!!! :wave:
