Hi ya to everyone,
It has been a while I know, the days just fly by these days. I find that amazing how a few months ago a day seemed like a week, what a difference a day makes :D
I just really wanted to catch up with everyone and make sure things were cool for you guys too.
For me something has snapped, its like i can control the anxiety, and if i cant i dont care, it is no longer an important part of my life. And i think that is why i feel so great. It really finally no longer matters.
To everyone doing cbt if you remember your techniques and dont fight against it then it really does help. Just remind yourself constantly what you have learnt.
I have started eating again and i am not being sick so to me that is the last battle, well almost, ( i have travel anxiety)
Either way I just wanted to give you a positive message- A qoute from pick me up magazine, lizzie owen has oesteogenesis imperfecta just raising her arm can cause her to break bones, she says what doesnt break you makes you stronger, and sometimes what does break you makes you stronger still.
Thats how i feel about the anxiety, it broke me, but has made me stronger.
Any way, SRMOM hope you are ok, and things for you are looking up.
1010 hows the job? or should i keep my big gob shut! I hope your family is well.
lots of love and positive energy
layla
