I finally started taking Prozac (actually, Fluoxetine) 20mg daily in the morning. This is my 3rd day on Prozac and each day, I find myself extremely tired within an hour after taking it. Could this just be an odd coincidence, or could it be just my body adjusting to it? Will it get better?? Has anyone taken Prozac at night?
Also, regarding dosages....how long will it take for me to realize if the dosage is enough? I am curious to know what Prozac dosages other people are taking.
Thanks for any insight!

In my case raised aggression, agressive behaviour, some mild, low level thoughts on suicide, worst effect was it aggravated my shoulder nerves and my neck and shoulder twitched endlesly. I found one Google report saying another person had reported this exact event, and it was traced to the fact that Prozac re-awakens an old [dormant] nerve lesion. It damages - damaged nerves. From this one report I found out from it that I had / or had had as a child Sydenhams Chorea that had gone undiagnosed.

Interesting thing is that it was at least 6 weeks after stopping Prozac that my nerve twitching quietened [spelling] down. I blame Prozac for aggravating my eye lid nerves causing spasms to occur. I admit I could be wrong. The adverse affects literature is worth reading, its on Google, one read will soon wean you off it. If you can do without - do so.

I didn't have any side effects besides sexual side effects, but my sexual side effects were bad - no sex drive, no ability to orgasm, for a couple months, then eventually it got better, but my sex drive definitely isn't what it is when I'm not on prozac.
