does anyone get hives or red face/rash when u get hot or panicky?? is this serious?? could this be from anxitey? thanks

Yah I get this all the time. Its a rash that starts on the side of my face..My face will get like burning hot and I will get hives/rash. I get it when I get into a panick or if my anxiety comes on really bad. No this is nothing serious. Its called facial blushing. A lot of people have it. Its when our red blood cells dialate. The only thing to make it go away is some kind of laser surgery. My sister used to have it but has grown out of it. How old are you? You will probably grow out of it too. Hope this helps!
