wasn't sure where to post this....
I've read a couple of older threads, but am still not sure what to do, or think. Please help?

I am on the pill, have been for a year and a half now, and haven't stopped taking it since I started. I take it at the same time every day, like clockwork.
It's the 28 day cycle kind, where you have 21 days of actual BC pills, and a week of sugar pills in which your period comes.

I was expecting my period on Sunday, or Monday, but was sexually active over the weekend. I took my last pill on Saturday - we didn't use a condom b/c I'm on the pill.

I have a pretty normal period, 28 day cycle, and it will either come a day or two after I take my last pill,, but never longer than that. But, it shows no signs of coming....so should I be nervous if it doesn't come tonight or tomorrow? I'm trying not to freak out, b/c i heard that stress can delay it as well.

What should I do?
Thanks,
mizjennjenn

Stress can definitely delay your cycle! I am building a house and I got my period last week after 3 months!

But I got tested 2 times. Once after a week another time after 2mths and I was clear. A lot of things can change your cycle stress, diet, medication, alcohol, sleeping patterns….

The pill has about 2% of you still falling pregant so there is a tiny tiny tiny chance that the pill may not have worked. To stop all worries spare 30min of your time and get yourself checked out. At the end of it you could have been worrying all for nothing so if it does come a day or 2 late at least you wont be stressing in the mean time.

I have had moments where my period came a day or 2 late while on the pill from time to time. But go and get yourself checked out ;)
