This morning, my doctor, as part of my annual exam, did a chlamydia test. While I know the test is standard, it did make me start to panic after thinking about recent symptoms I have had.

I have some of the symptoms of chlamydia, but not all. I have NOT had painful urination, cloudy urine, itching, or fever.

I have had abnormal bleeding and abdominal pain.

For those of you who have had chlamydia, is it your experience that most of these symptoms go all together?

As I'm sure many of you understand, I've been with my boyfriend for five years and being diagnosed with chlamydia would raise extreme trust issues.

Doesn't really sound like chlamydia, but I do not know the rationale your doctor used to treat you, other than maybe you are young and sexually active, which is good reason, actually, to get periodically tested.
