Hi Everyone,
Hope all is well on the anxiety front. I've been having a bit of a setback. Thankfully I've not returned to my full blown panic attack stage but for the last couple of days I have been feeling rather anxious with symptoms of panic from time to time. I've been off my benzo (clonazepam) for 5 - 6 weeks now. Haven't felt the need to take it. Problem is now that I'm feeling anxious I'm torn between trying to ride the waves alone or to go ahead and take the benzo to feel better. I'm leary though since I've been off of them for some time. My question - Anyone else stop taking their meds for several weeks and then need to start again in order to get through a rough time? Thanks in advance for any replies.

quitting a high dose of benzos suddenly can cause problems, benzos, IMO are best taken only as needed. a low insurance does on a an expectedly difficult day is Ok but carry a few tablets with you when out
klonapin wafers are a fast acting easy to take version which isnt available everywhere
