I am wondering if it might be good to incorporate the whey protein shakes into my diet plan. If I have a 110 calorie shake every two hours from breakfast to Dinner - which turns out to be 5 shakes a day and then have a healthy dinner. Might I be taking in TOO MUCH protein? Has anyone tried this?

That Would Probably be too much protein and not enough other foods. You would be Lacking many nutrients as well. If you want to do something like that then I would suggest you find a good Meal Replacement Type shake tht is high in protein.
