any get obssesions with people? not like mad crazed stalking ones. like you see someone who you thinks nice looking for example and you cant stop thinking of them then you feel bad as your in a relationship. and why you thinking it? im suffering with it! i had obsesseion with a band a junkie singer which my partner couldnt understand! i found them fasicnated! i feel its like o.c.d as i have mild o.c.d! please tell me im not alone and its this horribloe illness making me dwell on thoughts! xxxx

I get obsessive fixations over TV shows, certain songs, school subjects, and movies. Right now, it's a particular cartoon I watch a lot, but I found a forum on it, so my passion over it has been revived for some reason. I get what I call "excited panic attacks" over these perseverations- like, I'll get a panic attack thinking about them until I can watch the show/movie or listen to the song, and then I feel better. I have to give a speech today for one of my classes at 11 am, and this combined with my obsessions over my TV show make me sleep even less than I normally do- thus, why I'm up and going at four am...I honestly don't know if the above is my OCD or if it's mild Asperger's, a diagnosis my therapist and I are still grappling if I have in addition to the quite obvious and ever-present OCD... :angel:
