I'm a small size asian gal (height: 155cm weight: 45kg).

I noticed I got this "problem" since I was young. After meal my body will look bloated, regardless a normal meal or a feast. Recently my weight has increased & the "problem" was an issue now. I would look as if I'm 4months pregnant if I don't suck in my stomach after meals. Is there anything wrong with me, I think it's awful looking especially when i wear tight fitting clothes.

I have that problem too. Sorry, I don't have any suggestions for it, but I def. get very bloated after a meal, light or small.

humm I only have one suggestion if you haven't already tried it.. but how about increasing how much water you drink?? It will flush out the sodium, that you don't need.

A guy at my gym that competes in Bodybuilding and I were talking about this not to long ago. He told me to cut out sodium.. salt, Salt causes your body to retain water which causes that bloated look and feel. Check your foods, Tuna for instance, is high in Sodium so are a lot of condiments. I made a rule in my house, when dinner is being cooked add in all the salt, the salt shaker is not allowed at the table. It has helped me tons. I used to always feel bloated at night after dinner.

Only other thing I can think of if you haven't tried it already is to eat small meals more often, If you haven't changed that yet you will feel hungry the first couple of days but your body adjusts pretty quick and then you feel satisfied, your metabolism will raise and you won't feel so "full" or bloated.
