Wow, this looks pretty good, my specialist told me about this today, said it would probably be available over the next couple years. Seems there are a lot of promising new therapies out there, I am hoping ones like this arent crippling and difficult like the current ones. If anyone knows more about this, please post.

It is still interferon/ribaviron based therapy. They are simply adding another drug on to the current drugs.

There are also protease inhibitors and other much more promising medications being studied that would be taken orally and without the interferon/riba.

There is even one that is currently FDA appeoved for something else.

I'll be excited when we leave the interferon/riba behind for something truly new and improved.
