I just thought maybe we could start a thread that could help people that need motivation when they hit difficult times.

I would say when you hit a difficult time and the pounds aren't just falling off anymore you should continue to exercise and eat healthy definetely but you also may need to focus on something else.

My motivation:
- Heart - I was told the best way to make your heart stronger (it is a muscle and needs to be worked out as well) was to purposely raise my heart to about 160 by running on the treadmill, then to stop and let it go back down then to raise it to 160 by doing something different.. like raise the incline. It may not sound to excitting but the stronger your heart is the more blood it can push through your body which will in return make you have better more successful, healthier workouts.. not to mention higher endurance and a longer life. * I would recommend to speak to your physician if you have any health problems first*.

Anyone else have any helpful advice?

Thanks for reading~
