a quick question, everyone:

i'm switching from nuvaring over to alesse. i'm on my period right now and am wondering if i wait the whole 7 days (as if i were still going to put the ring in and take my pill instead) or if i'm supposed to begin the pills earlier.

anyone have any insight?

You can do it either way. However, you may spot if you don't wait for the 7 days to start NuvaRing. But, the choice is yours.
