HI everyone,
Im scared right now, cause my anxiety/depression is acting up badly. Right now i feel very disconnected and feel like im gonna pass out or something. My vision is blurry and i am feeling deja vu. Like this is my last day.
Please someone tell me if this is normal to feel.
=(

SH,
In the subject of your post, you said that you have had bad thoughts. What kind of bad thoughts are you refering to? How long have you been feeling like you're going to pass out?? Perhaps you should call your doctor or go to the hospital asap. Don't drive if you're feeling like this...call a friend, loved one or take a taxi. Hang in there and keep us posted please. Take care.

It is normal in that you are a “normal” person and what you are experiencing is part of the human experience.
But it is possible to feel better.
And I hope you do soon.
Have doctors looked onto other causes for the blurry vision and the passing out feeling or is it pretty well established to be part of the anxiety?

please dont feel alone or scared. i know exactly how you feel. i was like that today. i could barely hear, feel, or see anything. i had to literally shock myself into awareness this evening thanks to a sharp pin to hold a decent conversation with my friend online. its scary to feel like you could walk out into the middle of the street and not have any clue. i suggest either going and sitting in a freezing shower or going outside if youre in a cold place. anything non harmful to wake you up

I feel this way most of the time but not the blurry vision so much,I just always feel distant and don't really know whats going on around me for the most part,I don't concentrate well on what I'm doing cause I have all these stupid question going on inside my head,The doctors tell me through I have derealization and depersonalization and this comes with having anxiety and/or depression and well it's horrible. But I would see a doctor just to make sure it's not something else. Hope you feel better soon http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/smile.gif take care
