Thanks for jumping over here!! I am thinking about implants. Do you have silicone or saline? How were in input (underarm, nipple, under breast crease?
Are you happy with them? Does your hubby like them?
Thanks for replying dear!!!!

O.k.....i will give a little background....5'2 105 lbs. 32 bra band....
I got high profile 360cc. saline implants under the muscle with crease incision.
That hurt like HELL...i mean it was worse than any child birth i have ever endured. My P.S. never mentioned that it would be THAT painful.....
At first they look HORRIBLE they look like frankenstien boobs...i was crying and crying but it takes a good 3 months before you can see the results...
Today i am thrilled, i still have a little pain in the a.m. or if i try to reach up the wrong way or carry a HEAVY laundry basket....but they look BIG AND GOOD
I went from a very small 32 a/aa.....to 32D!!!!! Implant boobies look a lot different than regular...they look smaller, so take that into consideration when deciding what size. There are different types of implants....i decided on the high profile, because i wanted projection and my ribcage is small, and they are better for the smaller woman. But they don't produce much cleavage....i didn't care. The way my breasts were the PS said it wouldn't be feasible to get any other type of implant because they would be in my arm pits.
Have you gone for a consult yet??? It costed us about $6000., but i am worth it ;)
Under the muscles is what is painful.....my PS explained that he had cut 2 holes in me the size of oranges....of course i was gonna hurt...plus the pec muscles were cut.
Under the muscle is the best because of rippling and it acts like a hidden bra...my muscle is my bra. Rippling is caused by little breast tissue...i am very small and thin.
Well i hope i helped some, i am sure i left stuff out, but it is early in the a.m.
I wish you the best, and make sure you research your PS....there are a ton of hacks out there, that purposely make mistakes so you HAVE to have another surgery to fix and so on and so forth.
I CAN":T WAIT FOR SUMMER....i have tried on bikinis already and all i gotta say is WOW....
As for my husband, i don't think he really likes them...he says he can feel my muscle gripping the implant when i move a certain way ,,, and the scars he doesn't like when i am lying on my back.....BUT YOU CANT GO BY HIM....he is a jerk and doesn't like much anyway.....
I see the attention i get now....
I have struggled with this since i was very young...i think i was scarred by the boys making fun of my flat-chestedness....no one wanted to date me in junior high and then THAnk GOD, by high school, i found padded bras....
But i was never comfortable in the summer, or in the evening in my tank and shorts.....always insecure.
I look in the mirror now and SMILE.....i look GOOD REAL GOOD
It changed everything for me....my confidence is thru the roof!
It took many months of hell though....and they don't give out much pain pills, only like 2 weeks and then they say it is best to get off of them because they can cause depression(lol)....which i found very interesting. Actually the muscle relaxers worked a hell of alot better than the crappy little vicodins he was prescribing. You won't heal over night, like i said, i still have my moment when i can't unscrew a lid on a jar, or open a new gatorade bottle, or carry a huge laundry basket....you have to build all of that muscle back up.
My final results will be seen at 6 months...which would be like end of April. My PS is great...i will go back when and if i decide to do any other procedures, but i am extremely satisfied with the way i look now. I look in the mirror and smile :D I like the attention i get now with my boobies....i always got looks, as i am a petite blonde, but now.....WOW....
Well i hope i helped some....
feel free to ask anything i left out....
lots of luv,
LISA

Thanks for information - no I haven't had a consult yet. My 20 year old daughter had saline implants last November. They look good but she is so petite that it is the 1st thing one notices!!!!! I am 43 and had 3 children (all grown) but like you I am very petite.
I am 5'5" and always or never fit into 32A, in fact the only time I had breasts were when I nursed my baby. After my 3rd baby it seemed I lost even more breast tissue than before.
My husband has a golfing buddy that is a plastic surgeon who is known for boob jobs. In fact he performs them on men going thru sex changes - to each their own!!!!!!
So I am going to consult with him when I make the appointment and also consult with the surgeon who performed my daughters and then make a decision.
You are so sweet. I read your posts on the other board and feel you have such a beautiful aura around you!!! Keep up you support - you are awesome.

Pardon me for asking...do you have rippling? I had mine done back in 1997. I couldn't even fill a 32A bra. Now I'm a 32B (if I ever do them again, I would go just a bit smaller. I'm a thin one).
Back to rippling...not having anything to start with, you can see the rippling on the sides of my breast. I hate it. I don't even want anyone to see them. For those who have implants and rippling, what has the 'feedback' been on that?
Plus, as the implant has dropped a little bit (or settled, I should say), my nipples haven't followed. They're not as low as they should be. Does that make any sense? Has anyone else had this problem? I had issues w/my body before I got the implants. Now I have them and I have other issues because of them. This sucks.
Thanks for the info.
