Is anyone on Necon 1/35 out there? It is generic for Ortho-Novum. I've never had a generic pill before so I don't know how good it will work. That is why I am asking anyone out there if they have used this pill before. Is it as trustable as brand name birth control? I just switched from Ovcon-35 because of break through bleeding. I was just wanting some testimonials on this birth control pill. Thanks!

Necon 1/35 is chemically identical to the brand. If you read the active ingredients in the two products you'll see that they contain the same chemicals at the same strengths. Just because it's "generic" doesn't mean it's ineffective. Companies who make generic drugs must prove that their product works just as well as the branded product.

Yep, it's exactly the same as the name-brand, just not as expensive.

I've taken Necon before, I liked it when I was on it. I took it to help with pelvic pain, and it was a good switch from the Yasmin that I had been on.

Hope you have good results!
