Also is it possible that during the quick unprotected oral sex that she gave me some other form of STD as my penis is hurting and my groin area as well. Its only been a damn day and 10 hours or so since this happened. I know it couldnt yet be an hiv sign but maybe the oral sex game me some other std and i didnt get anything from the protected intercourse..someone please reply. Thanks a lot , i am sick over this.

As I answered in you original post, "yes" it is possible to contract an STD through receptive oral sex although not HIV. However, there is no STD that will rear it's ugly head (sorry about the pun) with the scant 34 hours since your encounter. While I do not suggest you do not go on line to find answers, I do suggest that you contact your local Health Department and pick up some brochures about STDs. Gonnohrea, syphillis, clamydia all take anywhere from 4 days to two weeks to develop symptoms. More than likely you've got a raging dose of the "guilts and fears." chris

I wish I was imagining this throbbing in my penis. It does feel weird although I do tend to get a lot of UTI's almost on a yearly basis..who knows , maybe the condom and the spermicide inside it irritated my penis as I really don't normally have any sex except for with myself lol except for thursday night. I just left my doctors office , he inspected my penis and did a piss test for some std that came back negative. Then i signed forms and did blood work for the other std's and for HIV.I told him all I learned about HIV says no way will it be known until 13 weeks and he said that were are doing your blood anyway and since I never had an HIV test I might as well get it done now and then in 1 month and again in 3 months and again in 6 months to be sure.I also have to go back in 2 hours to get a special pee test that they send out. And he gave me a shot in the *** of penicilian that hurts much worse then my penis does right now. I know I am being paranoid a bit as i did wear a condom and i only have done this once in my life but I have bad luck so once my pee pee was throbbing I figured in for a dime in for a dollar and get all testing done now and do the followups..i don't need to wait for the drip or some other stuff to start happening.

sounds like over-kill to me. Next time you have sex (with someone other than yourself), you may want to wear a wet-suit. chris

Cflas , sorry if it seems odd that I went for testing but my whole groin and penis are really hurting badly and to just write it off as a coincedence after what I did the other night to me would be foolish especially since I have full medical coverage. But I like the wet suit idea , anyway thx for your advice and good luck to you. I have read a lot of your replies and it seems you really do a great job of helping and advising other people who come here. I don't think I would be nearly as paranoid if I didn't already have a slight heart issue , and migraine headaches all the time. Again thanks for your replies to my posts.

Each of us, however, has to live with our own demons, our own insecurities, fears and anxieties. That you know how to care for yourself is such an important knowledge-base to have; and that you can reduce those anxieties, considering everything else you have to deal with, is really cool.
