About a month ago I came here asking all sorts of questions about this and that, you folks were pretty awesome in answering those questions.
So here is my basic daily diet which has been modified since I started ...
- Oatmeal with fruit.
- Turkey burger with bread and fruit.
- Chicken breast or fresh turkey with fresh salad.
- Chicken breast or fish with fruit or veggies.
A few snacks here and there, usually a cheese stick or two or a banana.
Plenty of lemon water and plain water, some coffee.
I am doing cardio 4x a week, 45 minutes twice and 30 minutes twice. I also lift weights four times a week.
Since January 3rd I have lost 16lbs, feel great, have gotten much stronger and am enjoying much better general health.
Still I wonder if anyone has further suggestions or comments. Thanks.

I am new to all of this so I am still learning, so unfortunately I can't offer any additional advice. Sounds to me like you are doing fantastic though! Wow. 16lbs in a month is alot! Congratulations! I lost 3 lbs in 3 weeks, you are doing great. Keep it up!! :)
