I am under impression that coffee causing me immediate headaches or make my headaches last longer and occur more often. Tea also has a caffeine but help to feel better and get rid of headaches.
Only thing that I have used to coffee and it wakes me up.

It can. It's not the coffee, it's the caffine. Apparently with you it does.

Have you tried decaf?

I tried decaf, it give me the taste I have used to but it doesn't wake me up. Tea has caffeine but affect me well. Only thing it make me sleepier.
It is hard to give up coffee, there are so many places around like starbucks, deli, bakery, donkin donuts and they all have different variety of coffee.
I never was a smoker but I guss same way person who was trying to give up somoking feel.

Yah its weird coffee can cause headaches but also people that drink coffee often can get headaches from not having coffee, because your body wants it or something. Weird but its true, at least thats what I heard
