Hi guys. I've been off and on with my diet. I'm good for 2 weeks then i feel bloated and give up. Why is this?

I was wondering, if someone could make up a meal plan for me indication how much i should eat at each time of day. (I'm 17 and currently weigh about 132 and would like to go to 120)

How tall are you? I'm about 5'2 and 140. I want to get down to 120 or even less as well. What do you normally eat everyday? Here's what I normally eat

Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ apple or bananas
Green tea

Lunch: Sandwich on whole wheat bread
fruit or 100 calorie pack snack

Snack: Cottage cheese and carrots
OR Fruit
Jello
Light butter popcorn
trail mix

Dinner: Grilled chicken w/ grilled vegetables
or salad.. sometimes w/ pasta

I dont normally snack after dinner. But, you could have a light snack after dinner. Those are just some ideas of what I eat. I don't eat the same thing everyday though. I like to change it up with other things. Also, you have to find what works for you. I go to school all day and don't have access to a fridge or anything like that so I have to make do with what I have. Sandwiches are about the easiest thing to pack.. Well, if you need anymore suggestions just ask

I'm 5'3. This is a typical day for me:
Breakfast: a bowl of cereal

lunch: a tuna wrap with an apple or side salad or veggies

Snack: a bowl of cereal
some pretzels...
pretty much anything that looks good to me. This is where i go bad in my diet.

Dinner: What my mom makes. Its usually filled with protein and all that good stuff.

After dinner i usually have a cup of tea and a handful of chocolate or some cookies if they're homemade.

So as you can see, after school is when i pig out. thats not good. haha but im working on it.
