Hello all!

For the past week or so, ive had a sore red bump in my groin area (im an otherwise healthy mid twenties male). it seems like a single bump, i can feel it raised under skin and it's quite painful. I cannot see a "rash" or lots of little spots or anything of that nature..... I do suffer from quite severe acne too, which i get on face, chest & back - and from googling, i understand that acne spots can appear in the groin area too....

Apart from recently having a bad cold, ive been gnerally healthy but because im a worrier... i've been worried about this....

Other than that everything 'downstairs' seems to be normal, the whole area feels a bit 'uncomfortable' now which i think is perhaps because im becoming hyper-aware of the area, and i cannot see (yet) any other spots or anythign of that nature....

Any thoughts?
