I seem to get more headaches lately... and not sure what is causing them.
I thought it might be caffeine, since I drank a cup or two a day. Anyways I stopped drinking any sort of caffeine a week and a half ago.
Still getting headaches though.... wondering if anyone knows that, IF it was the caffeine that was causing my headaches, how long it takes after not drinking it, it takes the body to get back to normal.
or if anything else is causing it. they are annoying me

Depends on how many "years" you've been a coffee drinker.
Have you taken any "over the counter" asprins? :confused:
Ask your doctor how long the effects of caffine last? I would imagine, "Different strokes for different folks"........Sly & The Family Stones :)
