I met with my trainer at the gym last night, to revamp my cardio and weight lifting routine. After my cardio, my trainer commented that my legs were red. She asked me if they itched when ever they got that way. I told her no, and her response was "Hmm" and gave me an odd look. Thats all that was said.

My skin is very light and I always seemed to turn red easily. I bruise easily. etc. Is this a sign of something more significant, that when I exercise that my skin reddens quickly? I figured this was pretty normal.

My skin gets a little red sometimes when I work out too. My face usually gets red from just working hard.. and I wouldn't think it would be a problem. If you bruise easily you might want to make sure you aren't anemic, and also that you are getting enough potassium. Do you take a multivitamin?

Did you know what your trainer meant when they asked if it itched? I get a problem on my legs only where they turn red and itch REALLy bad if I work out outdoors. It's pretty strange and annoying, and it seems like everyone else with that problem on here hasn't figured out how to fix it. I realize that I'm not sweating when it happens, and when I stop and rest I sweat and it goes away. I don't know if this is anything like what you get since your's doesn't itch, but just an idea.
