I had the non-hormonal Iud inserted in mid December, and since then I have had absolutely, not one ounce of desire for sex. This has put a damper on my relationship with a really great guy. I'm very confused because when search the net for sexual side effects with the IUD I find absolutely nothing. I was wondering if anyone else is having the same symptons as me, I'm considering getting it removed, but am unsure of what birth control to choose next, I picked the IUD because of no hormones and low side effects but instead am dealing with one of the biggest ones I hoped to avoid.. :confused:

have you thought about the one with the hormones? thats the one i have, and sometimes i wonder if it actually super charged my libido! lol
