im 17 and ingrown hairs/cysts run in my family ive got cysts but there so small at the moment the doctor won't cut them out since being diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome i've also had alot of extra unwanted hair which has caused me to shave more often i have no money to get permanant hair removal and was wondring if anyone knows of any creams or anything that minimises hair growth i've been told to wax but that doesn't make a difference at the moment please help me if you know of anything
