I have no idea if what has been going with my hands sounds like arthritis or not so I wanted to share and see what anyone thinks..

I wake up typicaly every morning with swelling in my hands,fingers and a bit in my forearms.I can still close and open my hands normaly but they are deffinitly swollen my fingers look sausages and I cannot put my ring on I forgot to take it off one night and sheesh I couldnt get it off again until the later afternoon.Another thing is sometimes my knuckles will turn red like they are imflammed maybe.This goes down normaly as the day goes by but I the next am I know for sure they will be swelled again.A couple weeks ago I had swelling in the bottom of my legs for a day.There is no pain involved with this swelling,The swelling in my hands has been going on for about 1 year now.I talked to my doctors assitent about it and she said wed just keep an eye on it.I am worried aobut this of course I dont drink much water which I know isnt good but would that cause this? or does it sound like arthritis? I am 31 years old............thanks
