Anyone ever notice little twinges of pains, appearing randomly all over you body?
Like one day your chest hurts at the breastbone. Then the next your back hurts..then maybe three days later your legs?
Very wierd. This tends to cause me some anxiety as well. Anyone else/
Thanks

I have that. In fact, I just seem to have different symptoms daily! One day it's pain in my legs, then the next- my arms are burning. The next week it will be dizziness with any other symptom.
The body is very wierd.... Especially when it comes to neuro stuff.

J1P-you've just described me on a daily basis! Usually I get a stabbing pain across the breastbone and between my shoulder blades. A few times it was so severe that I went to the ER thinking heart attack (nope - just MS!) I had been having so many symptoms in addition the sudden stabbing pains that I did find I was having frequent anxiety attacks. Finally went to my neuro who prescribed Klonopin to calm me down, I take it every day and it seems to help me relax more. If your symptoms are getting to you (and how can they not) , perhaps you should ask your neuro if anti-anxiety meds are appropriate for you. I have also heard yoga does wonders (haven't tried it yet). Hope things get better - Sharon Grace

J1P, yep. I can tell you that knowing others with MS have them helped my anxiety a lot!
