With an average of 85-95 bpm can this be the sign of a problem. Though it's in the normal range (600-100 bpm) having numbers such as mine - could that be an eventual problem for my heart? Is it overworking on a daily basis. I've been on beta blockers for elevated blood pressure but pressure has basically been fine off of the drug. It's just the heart rate that's scary. Can we survive well with numbers such as this. Thanks for answers.
