Thanks! jimmyhonda 02-11-2006, 05:16 AM I took it such last year August - didnt help much when i had another x-ray done this year in Jan. Regardless of the outcome, I still take it in the hope of miracle. I have erosive hip joints and narrow joint spaces. I am currently on new biogics and seem to be doing well in them. engineer1961 02-12-2006, 11:49 PM I take Lakota , 4 / day for the first week now i'm down to 2 per day . My husband takes it too . We both we're in loads of pain (him knee ) me shoulder and hip .........all due to OA and the lakota (which has glucosamine and chondroitin in it )really worked well ..........both are pain free now . the Lakota rub didn't work well though but thepills are excellent. |
