ok so today i went ate some junk lol before dinner i bought a medium or large (forgot which one) vanilla malt, later on at night i drank some coke, and now i have a little bit of a headache, well kinda like this strain, doesn't hurt but i can feel it, is it because i ate too much sugar in one day? does eating a lot of sugar in a day cause headaches? thanks.

It was probably the caffine from the Coke more so than the sugar.

That doesn't mean a thing! We've all done a lot of things when we were *younger* that don't affect us until we get older, wiser & sometimes better! :D

Sodas w/caffine as well over the counter asprins can cause rebound headaches.
You do not need to stop drinking sodas. Just cut down on them.
Drink Canada Dry Ginger Ale. It's caffine free & taste better than the other ginger ales.

I'm a Pepsi person myself.
Caffine has the opposite for me. Puts me to sleep which it does for about 10% of the general population. Never causes headaches. Doc advised me to drink Pepsie w/my meds since I am not a coffee drinker. :D
